Lucy is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary Associate Creative Director with over 10 years experience.
She is passionate about DEI initiatives and co-leads the Women’s ERG at Big Spaceship, along with being a part of several mentorship communities for young women such as Built By Girls, Coffee at a Distance, and Indoor Recess.
